We collect personal information from you via our website only if you contact us by online form, email, telephone or by writing to us. We will use this information:

  • to reply to you concerning your query
  • for monitoring purposes, in which case your name and any other identifying information is removed, making the information anonymous
  • for training purposes, again fully anonymously
  • to reply to you if you have requested a copy of any personal information we hold on you
